The statutes and rules, including local rules, governing the drafting, filing and service of most civil litigation documents are covered in the Riverside County Superior Court SmartRules Guides. The Guides are updated in real time, often containing updated rules and requirements before those amendments are available to the public.
Effective July 1, 2009, the following Riverside County Superior Court local rules will be amended: 1.0015, Designation of Branch, 1.0091, Direct Fax Filing, 4.0032, Grievance Procedure [Alternative Dispute Resolution], 4.0033, Alternative Dispute Resolution Complaint Procedures, and 9.2500 (new) Executive Committee.
The revisions have been provided to the SmartRules editorial staff and the SmartRules Guides for Riverside County Superior Court will be updated with the amended versions of the rules, showing the changes, on or before June 26, 2009.
