Alameda County’s Hayward Hall of Justice is now offering a free shuttle to the public during certain hours from Monday to Friday. Prior to January 2018, the shuttle had only been open to courthouse employees. The shuttle is available to all from 6:38 a.m. to 7:18 a.m. and then from 9:18 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The shuttle makes several stops throughout the Hayward Hall of Justice grounds and connects to the BART system (Bay Area Rapid Transit; bart.gov) making it possible for visitors to avoid having to drive and park altogether.
The nearest BART station is Hayward (1.2 miles). AC Transit operates multiple bus lines that serve this area, including bus routes that connect BART to the courthouse.
