Connecticut District Court Guide For Pro Se Litigants

The United States District Court for the District of Connecticut recently posted a Guide for Pro Se Litigants.  “Pro se” means that you are proceeding in court without a lawyer.  Matters covered in the Guide include:  Complaints, Fees, Service, Motions, Legal Questions and Court Appointed Counsel.

Also, the SmartRules Guides can help pro se litigants draft and file compliant legal documents.  They contain all the rules that apply to the most commonly filed civil litigation documents in all federal and state courts in the United States.
