Santa Clara Superior Court Continues to Expand Electronic Filing

The Santa Clara Courts are actively engaged in implementing E-Filing for various types of cases and, in some instances, E-Filing is now mandatory.  (E-Filing is mandatory for all Complex Civil cases.)

E-filing for Unlawful Detainer cases will begin in late June 2017. Training for electronic filing of UD cases is available June 26th.

E-filing for Civil Harassment cases will begin fall of 2017.

For all other Civil case types, including Limited and Unlimited, e-filing will begin in late 2017/early 2018.
