Sacramento and Ventura Superior Courts have published their proposed rule amendments to be effective January 1st, 2016.
Ventura’s proposed amendments are limited to one family law rule and a few forms. Sacramento’s amendments are far more widespread and apply to electronic filing, tentative rulings, unlawful detainer actions, as well as probate, family law and conservatorship.
Comments on the proposed amendments are due on October 26th and all approved amendments will be effective January 1, 2016.
