July 2016 Local Rule Amendments
As of the 1st of July many local rules have been amended. Over 1,000 SmartRules guides have been updated to reflect these changes.
California Courts
Local Rules were updated in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Alameda and Santa Clara Superior Courts.
New York Courts
New York Supreme Court’s Commercial Division Rules were amended (including one new rule added.
Maryland
District of Maryland‘s Local Rules were updated.
Texas
Eastern District of Texas Local Rules were updated.
Ohio
Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure were updated.
Idaho
Idaho Rules of Civil Procedure were updated.
Colorado
Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure were updated.
