The United States District Court for the Northern District of California posted a notice on their website concerning the recent revisions to their Local Rules.
Civil Local Rule 77-3 is effective as of February 17, 2009.
Civil Local Rule 3-2 and 5-1 are effective as of March 17, 2009 but are not implemented at this time.
A separate notice regarding implementation will be posted to the front page the Court’s website later in 2009.
