Western District of Pennsylvania‘s United States Bankruptcy Judge M. Bruce McCullough’s 14 year term office is due to expire on September 21, 2009. The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit is considering the reappointment of the Judge to a new 14- year term of office.
