Recent Amendments to District of New Jersey Local Rules

In addition to changing the requirements for electronic filing for attorneys on June 13, 2016, the District of New Jersey made substantial amendments to their local rules on September 30, 2016.

In part these amendments align New Jersey District local rules with the December 2015 amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

The court has also made changes to requirements for Scheduling Orders filed after the September 30th changes.
