Beginning March 15th, 2018 California’s Ventura Superior will no longer accept documents filed by fax as the court begins to implement e-Delivery, their new electronic filing system.
During this time documents can still be filed in person at the court’s filing window.
Brown bag lunchtime training sessions are being offered on March 7th. These trainings are open to attorneys, bar association members, legal assistants, secretaries, and attorney services. (Details below)
After March 14th the court will make more information about the new e-Delivery process available online. After that time information will be found on the court’s website under Online Services, e-Delivery.
Trainings will be held March 7th at 12:15 pm at the Victoria Avenue, Ventura courthouse and 4:00 pm at the Alamo Street, Simi Valley courthouse. These trainings will earn one hour of MCLE credit.
