Connecticut Court Rules – 2017 Amendments

Did you know one of Connecticut’s Practice Book rules has been repealed?

January 2017 ushered in a series of amendments to Connecticut state court rules for civil litigation. The importance of having the most up-to-date version of any code, rule of or statute cannot be underestimated for attorneys, paralegals, legal assistance, or pro se litigants.
