Due to the upcoming Timing and Deadline Changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure effective December 1, 2009, many more courts than usual have posted proposed revisions to their local rules.  To keep you abreast of rules changes that will impact your practice, the editorial staff at SmartRules has highlighted proposed amendments to United States District Court local rules.  We will keep you up to date regarding rules changes as information becomes available.
