California Eastern District Bankruptcy Amends Local Bankruptcy Rule 5005-1, Makes Changes to Electronic Filing System

Effective March 10, 2009, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California adopted an amendment to Local Bankruptcy Rule 5005-1, Electronic Record is the Official Record; Filing of Documents, to provide that documents submitted in electronic form via the Court’s Electronic Case Files System shall be deemed filed as of the date and time stated on the Notice of Electronic Filing issued by the Clerk, without regard to whether such documents are submitted on a court day or non-court day.

Effective March 10, 2009, the Court also made changes to its Electronic Filing System.

Delaware District Bankruptcy Amends Local Rules

Effective February 1, 2009, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Delaware District amended its local rules.  The full text of the amended rules is available at http://www.deb.uscourts.gov/What%27s%20New/what%27s%20new.htm.


Illinois Northern District Bankruptcy Amends Local Rules

Texas Southern District Bankruptcy Posts Proposed Changes
